During the celebration of Producer and Agricultural Sciences Professional Day, the Agricultural Innovation Institute of Panama (IDIAP) was present with a pavilion dedicated to sharing scientific advances in agrotechnologies that benefit small and medium producers in the country.
In this space, general topics related to agricultural innovation, sustainable management, biotechnology, and agricultural practices adapted to climate change were presented, among other key areas that IDIAP promotes to strengthen the sector.
The Minister of MIDA, Roberto José Linares Tribaldos, and the Deputy Minister, Francisco José Ameglio Vásquez, toured the pavilion, expressing interest in the presented technologies and highlighting IDIAP's essential role in agricultural research.
