More than 45 technicians from 13 producer organizations were trained in diagnosis, follow-up and monitoring of crop management and soil health practices. Seven training videos are available on the “Fontagro Banano Escalamiento” YouTube channel, along with tutorials for each module of the app. In addition, 100 pilot growers in the Dominican Republic and Peru completed a diagnosis based on 37 indicators, which serves as the basis for their improvement plans.
