On November 26, a practical workshop was held in the community of Santa Isabel, Ecuador, in which farmers were informed about how soil sampling and greenhouse gas (GHG) measurements will be carried out as part of the study. The session included theoretical and field-based demonstration activities, where the procedures, protocols, and technical criteria to be applied during the sampling process were clearly explained. In addition, the importance of proper instrument handling, accurate data recording, and compliance with quality standards was emphasized to ensure the reliability and consistency of the data to be generated.
