An internal review was conducted in collaboration with researchers from Uruguay, Argentina, and Colombia to assess technical aspects and commitments, ensuring the project's proper development.

1. Recognized progress and difficulties in implementing the POA 2026 and moving forward with the construction of the POA 2027 for each institution. Analyzed the initial budget allocation for each rubric based on project activities.

2. To implement the online learning web module on the hemispheric bio-inputs platform, we established content and answered the designer's technical questions. This module will be composed of four components: education and training, a knowledge and resource bank, interactive tools, and connectivity and networking.

3. Guidelines for notifying, scheduling, and disseminating Fontagro project events were presented, which should be adopted to improve visibility.
