Welcome to the 2025 Call
This is the schedule for applying through the “Single Phase” mechanism:

Notes:
- The Terms of Reference for the 2025 Call will be publicly announced in January 2025. This means that interested technical teams must begin the project design process and submit the final Word and Excel documents by April 11, 2025, at 3:00 PM (Eastern Time, United States, Washington D.C.).
- To officially register your project in accordance with the instructions, you will have a period from January 2 to April 11, 2025, at 3:00 PM (Eastern Time, United States, Washington D.C.). Projects that are not officially and completely submitted (Word + Excel) will not be considered.
- This call for proposals will be conducted in a single phase. Teams must submit the final project with all sections completed without exception, in “Word” format and the tables in “Excel” format, as indicated in the instructions. The winning projects will be announced between July and August 2025, or once the Board of Directors formally approves funding in writing.
- Once the project has been registered in the system, it is requested that an email be sent to fontagro@fontagro.org to confirm receipt, always before the closing date and time of the call. Confirmation requests made on the same day as the call’s closing date cannot be processed on that day.
