The latest edition (#69) of the Pesquisa Javeriana magazine features a wonderful article about the Root to Food project, highlighting the importance of preserving the wide diversity of native potatoes and Andean tubers that exist.

The Pesquisa Javeriana magazine, in its issue #69, dedicated a space to the Root to Food project, funded by Fontagro and led by the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with participation from the PBA Corporation and Universidad Mayor de San Simón.
