This webinar, led by FONTAGRO, the University of Tolima (UT) – Colombia, the National University of Trujillo (UNT) – Peru, the Horticultural Association of Colombia (ASOHOFRUCOL), and AgroRed Norte – Peru, aims to share how these organizations seek to comprehensively utilize mango fruit, giving commercial use to defective fruits that remain in the field, as well as the peel and seeds generated during the pulp processing. From a scientific-technical standpoint, numerous possibilities have been identified from the waste generated by mango.

The event will take place next Friday, September 20th at 10:00 am (Eastern Standard Time, USA, Washington DC), and the schedule varies according to the time zones: 9:00 am (Bogotá, Colombia – Lima, Peru).
