Project: Annual Operation Plan (POA) 2019-2020 of FONTAGRO
Technological-Organizational-InstitutionalCapacity BuildingStrategicUnder the theme “From science to impact,” FONTAGRO invited the region to submit technology solutions to make family farming more productive, efficient and sustainable.
The AgTech 2019 Call received 64 profiles from across the region. After a rigorous technical and commercial evaluation, 18 were shortlisted and six proposals were recommended for funding for their viability and potential to transform agriculture. The call was aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals and FONTAGRO’s strategic plan.
