20 students (men and women) from the Mariscal Andrés de Santa Cruz de Pillapi School (Tiahuanacu, La Paz-Bolivia) managed to produce organic Biol. As members of the Demonstration Module, they first developed a workshop on “Biol Preparation” (Alternative available at PVD). They learned that “Biol” is an easy foliar fertilizer to be produced by the family and applied to their crops after 90 days. They used organic waste material. In a “turril” (cylinder) as a biodigester, they achieved the anaerobic fermentation of organic matter and now have the Biol ready to use it the first week of December 2021.
