The progress made in the approval and financing of the FONTAGRO project, which proposes to evaluate technologies that contribute to reducing and mitigating the effects of climate change on family farming systems, was shared.
The criteria for selecting a group of producers who will be direct beneficiaries of the project and the implications for all the members of the organization through workshops, training and collective commercial actions were discussed.
The meeting also discussed aspects of the last breeding stock fair. As a product of the PROCODAS project, whose beneficiary was this Rural Society, 20 luminous devices for predator management were delivered at the meeting, to be evaluated by the producers. Luxstar, UTN, IPAF Patagonia (INTA) and INTA Bariloche participated in their design and construction.
