On Wednesday, April 7, Dr. Ing. Agr. Fernando Lattanzi, researcher at INIA-Uruguay, coordinated a meeting in which referents, researchers and postgraduate thesis students who work on the subject of biological nitrogen fixation within the project participated. The meeting revealed the progress that each country has made to date and the activities planned in the short and medium term. Being a reference on the subject, Dr. Lattanzi offered to open a space for virtual meetings focused on the activities associated with the biological fixation of nitrogen that each country has projected, to make adjustments in the work to be carried out with respect to sampling frequency and type of variables to quantify, among other things.
The recent training is the second meeting on biological nitrogen fixation given by Dr. Lattanzi in the framework of the project.
