Biography

Engineer in Food Industry from the National Agrarian University, with a master's degree in Administration and Social Management from the Federico Villarreal National University and in Management of Social Investment from the Universidad del Pacifico, with more than 28 years of experience in formulation, management and evaluation of development projects, performing in coordination and management positions in public and private entities, in which he has contributed to the development of capacities, establishment of articulation mechanisms, planning and local management for development with a territorial approach. From 2006 to date, she is a Specialist in Rural Development and Project Management at the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) and in 2013 (May - October) she was the Representative in Charge of the IICA Office in Peru. Currently, within her functions at IICA, she is the National Coordinator in Peru of the Alliance for Energy and Environment in the Andean Region (AEA) Program and the Sustainable Access to Renewable Thermal Energy Fund - FASERT, as well as Coordinator of the Management Component Knowledge of the Flagship Project "Productivity and Sustainability of Family Farming for Food Security and the Rural Economy".
