I studied Food engineering at UTE; also I studied a specialization relation with develop new business, and I am currently studying business Administration at UASB in Ecuador. Actuality, I work in nutrition and quality of food department, INIAP- ECUADOR. I development physical, chemical, microbiological, sensory analysis in potato, barley, native corn in raw and processed states. Also, validate some technologies for food analysis and prepare informative newsletters, scientific articles and technical sheets relation with these products.
