Diego González is currently a project specialist at IICA. He has a Master's degree in International Trade Management from the National University of Costa Rica and has a Specialty in Planning and Management of Cooperation Interventions for Development from the UNED of Spain. He has more than 9 years of experience in project management and strategies for innovation and competitiveness issues in the agricultural sector in Central America. He has been linked to publications on issues of cocoa cultivation, strategic planning and support for the design of sector policies.
