Biography

Veterinarian and Zootechnician from the Universidad del Tolima, with a Master's Degree in Education and Community Development with an emphasis on research processes and methods for the development of the Universidad Surcolombiana; specialist in Pedagogy for the Development of Autonomous Learning of the UNAD and in Rural Development of the National University. He has participated in the planning, formulation and evaluation of agricultural research projects with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Tolima and Huila, he was part of the team that developed the characterization and prioritization of production systems in Huila, Tolima and the southwest of Cundinamarca ; formulated the Agricultural Plan of the Tolima Triangle and coordinated the National Agenda for Science, Technology and Innovation. It integrates scientific organizations for the management of knowledge and innovation, such as: Codecyt del Tolima and Huila, Technical Committee of the Sena, National Agricultural Table - CONSEA and Council of Competitiveness of Tolima representing AGROSAVIA.
