Chemist by profession, with a doctorate in agricultural sciences and a master's degree in chemical sciences, both postgraduate degrees developed in the area of applied natural products. A good part of my experience has been obtained over 18 years of dedication to university teaching, and to work in research groups in the area of analytical chemistry, supporting the quantitative analysis of different metabolites at an instrumental level in various matrices, with emphasis on the application of analysis methodologies such as HPLC (High Efficiency Liquid Chromatography), GC (Gas Chromatography), EC (Capillary Electrophoresis), IR (Infrared), AA (Atomic Absorption), NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) etc. I have had the opportunity to participate in the construction of curricula and academic programs, as well as in the development of material for the teaching of chemistry.
