Francisco Raúl Rodríguez is a researcher at the Misiones Regional Center of the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA).
He holds a degree in Social Anthropology from the National University of Misiones and a Master's in Scientific and Technical Research Methodology from the National University of Entre Ríos. He was the Coordinator of the Territorial Innovation Management Integrator as part of the National Program for the Development and Sustainability of Territories at the National Institute of Agricultural Technology. He also served as the coordinator of the Specific and Regional Projects Module (INTA).
Associate Professor at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, National University of Misiones (UNaM), and the Director of the Master's Program in Rural Development at UNaM - INTA. Category II Researcher in the National Incentive Program for Teaching Researchers.
He has been a consultant for the World Bank (Environmental and Social Expert for PTUMA and PTUBA Projects), a consultant for the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science, and Culture (OEI), and for the Provincial Agricultural Services Program (PROSAP) (Anthropology Specialist for the Tapenagá Line Project). He was the consultant responsible for the Diagnosis of Regional Environmental Contexts for the Yacyretá Project for the Diagonal Urbana Consultancy (Brazil) and a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Analysis of Innovations in the IDB’s Work with NGOs in Brazil and the Evaluation of the Indigenous Care Component in Argentina.
