Duilio Isabel Cano Torrez is a Systems Engineer (Computer Science) graduated from the Universidad Hispanoamérica (UHISPAM) Masaya, with 4 years of experience in Geographic Information System in ArcGis, Qgis, Geoserver, PosgretSQL, SASplanet Software, at the Central Bank of Nicaragua (BCN). He participated in the construction of the Infrastructure Map in conjunction with the INETER (Instituto Nicaraguense de Estudios Territoriales), elaborating thematic maps for agricultural surveys and household income and expenses carried out in the BCN. He currently works as a Geographic Information System Analyst in the Planning area of INTA, assisting in the construction of thematic maps of Bovine Insemination, CDTS, FIIT, Seed Banks, Telecentres. He participates in the group integrated by the Technical Mission of the Republic of Taiwan, experts from INTA and UNA-FAGRO, in the elaboration of a soil fertilization map and a water availability map.
