Graduated as an agronomist engineer with a mention in Animal Production from the Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Santiago, Dom. Rep. Master in Agronomic Sciences with an emphasis on livestock production and feeding (2013) and Assistant Professor (2011) at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, Puerto Rico.
He is a researcher at the Dominican Institute of Agricultural and Forestry Research (IDIAF). He provides technical advice to dairy farms and the dual-purpose system, in terms of management and introduction of technologies. He has participation as coordinator in projects and publications on climate change issues financed by the IDB, FONTAGRO and other institutions linked to the agricultural sector.
