Luis Sandoval works as Associate Professor of Agribusiness in the Agribusiness Department at the Panamerican Agricultural School, Zamorano. His areas of expertise are statistics, data science and business analytics applied to agriculture. As professor, he teaches coureses in statistics, agricultural economics and econometrics. He hold a bachelor in food sciences and master and doctorate in agricultural and applied economics from New Mexico State Universty and Texas Tech University, respectively. His research focus in food security, labelling, consumer driven sustainability and applied data science.
