Biography

Agroindustrial Engineer with experience in the post-harvest sector, physical-chemical characterization, nutritional analysis of food, and research and development of new products derived from tubers, cereals, grains, and Andean fruits for human consumption. He has worked on research and development projects funded nationally and internationally, as part of INIAP from 2013 to 2015, and with joint projects with FONTAGRO in 2017, 2019, and 2020. Throughout his career, he has co-authored 14 technical publications and several indexed scientific articles. He participated as part of the research team in the recognitions awarded at the Second National Agro-Economic Research Competition of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, obtaining the Matilde Hidalgo award from SENESCYT in Ecuador in 2016. He has provided consulting and technical assistance services for private and public companies.
