Gustavo Satlari is Argentine, has a postgraduate degree in Irrigation and Drainage Specialist at UNCuyo and has been Head of Water Planning and Research in the General Department of Irrigation of Mendoza (DGI). He has developed his activity in water allocation and reallocation, has participated in the formulation and evaluation of agricultural investment projects, salinization control projects with reuse water and technical assistance to user organizations. He headed the Hydric Balance technical team for the Mendoza basins and has incorporated the use of remote sensors to the DGI for planning and evaluating water management. He intervenes in the formulation of water security, nexus and climate change projects. He performs private consultancies and works as a judicial agricultural expert.
