Biography
Gerlo Borghuis Engineer is a Master of Science from the University of Wageningen (WU), The Netherlands, lecturer and researcher at the “Water Resources Management” Group, since 2018. Gerlo is a professor of bachelor and masters' courses in the program “International Land and Water Management ”. He participates in the courses related to Irrigation and Agricultural Management and socio-technical approaches in water management. He did his Master's thesis research in the Rio Dulce Irrigation System in Santiago del Estero, Argentina, on the process of adoption of drip irrigation by farmers.
