Graduate economist at Universidad Nacional del Altiplano (Puno-Perú). Thirty years of work experience. Administration of revolving funds in rural communities of Puno in the "Proyecto de Sistemas Agropecuarios Andinos (PISA)" (Andean Agro-livestock Systems Project), INIPA-CIID-AVDI agreement. Manager of the Especial Revolving Funds of Seeds of INIA  -Puno. Responsible for the exportation of quinoa in Agroindustries CIRNMA - ADEX/MSP; Reduction of poverty in the high Andes CIP INIA Spain; Andean Agricultural, AECI - CIDEAL / Spain. Andean Agriculture for the Altiplano - ALTAGRO, ALTAGRO Project. Current consultor of the project "Intensificación Sostenible de Agricultura Familiar en Perú y Bolivia'' (Sustainable Intensification of Family Agriculture in Peru and Bolivia).
