Silvopastoral Systems Animal Welfare

Biography

Zootechnician with experience in research and analysis of sustainable animal production systems, with a particular focus on silvopastoral systems and their relationship to ruminant nutrition, as well as meat and milk production and quality. He has conducted work in the area of animal ecophysiology, specifically on the relationship between silvopastoral systems and heat stress mitigation, particularly under lowland tropical conditions. Additionally, he has skills in data analysis and modeling, with knowledge in linear, generalized, and mixed models, as well as in some multivariate statistical techniques.
