Biography

Bachelor of Biotechnology and Ph.D. in Basic and Applied Sciences (National University of Quilmes -UNQ-, Argentina). Associate Professor and Director of the Laboratory of Genetic Engineering and Cellular and Molecular Biology (UNQ). Researcher at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET, Argentina). Author of 42 articles in academic journals and books, and 150 conference presentations focused on agricultural and human health biotechnology. Mentor of human resources (8 doctoral theses and 18 undergraduate theses), and principal investigator of research and development grants. Project and researcher evaluator with experience in directing university academic programs.
