Biography

Scientist in the area of ??biological control of agricultural pests. Bacteriologist graduated from the Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca, with a Master's degree in microbiology from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and doctorated in Biotechnology from the Public University of Navarra. She is leader of the research group on Biological Control of Agricultural Pests (COL0002849) classified by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Colombia in the highest category (A1). She has extensive experience in proof of concept for the development of biopesticides with a primary emphasis on molecular biology. Additionally, she has experience in the application of biotechnological tools for the development of new generation biopesticides.
