Agricultural engineer and Master in Agricultural Sciences with emphasis on Plant Public Health from the National University of Colombia, Medellín Campus. Currently, he is a Master researcher at the Colombian Agricultural Research Corporation – AGROSAVIA at the Caribia Research Center, Banana-Magdalena Zone. He was a young Colciencias Researcher with the project: “Phytoepidemiology of black Sigatoka (Mycosphaerella fijiensis M. Morelet) in the Urabá region.” He has more than five years of experience in the formulation and execution of projects on phytosanitary limitations of mango, citrus and vegetable crops planted in the Caribbean region of Colombia.
