Biography

Bachelor in Biology (1987) graduated from the Experimental Faculty of Sciences of the University of Zulia. MSc in Biological Sciences with a specialization in Aquatic Ecology (2010) from the University of Zulia. Currently pursuing Doctoral studies in Environmental Education at the Pedagogical Institute of Caracas of the Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador. Currently (since 12-2021) Director of Affairs for Fishing and Aquaculture of the Governor's Office of Zulia State, Venezuela. Full-time professor since 2016, in the Department of Biology of the Experimental Faculty of Sciences of the University of Zulia. Areas of Expertise: Environmental Impact Assessment. Research in aquatic ecology. Best practices in aquaculture. Business - Community relationship.
