Research Professor in the area of Urbanism, Environment, and Comfort in the Urban Context, Habitat and Sustainable Development, Geoinformation in ArcGis environment for Planning at the Research Institute of the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the University of Zulia, Maracaibo, Venezuela. Postgraduate Professor at the Faculty of Architecture and Design and University Institutes. Has 30 years of work experience in managerial positions in both public and private sectors, in the areas of research, planning, and projects related to architecture, Sustainable Development, urbanism, and tourism. Speaker and presenter at various national and international congresses and events.
