Biography

Livestock science professional graduated from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Agricultural Engineer, Zootechnician, University of Panama.

Experience as a Consultant at the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA), development of the diagnosis and farm plan for the plots selected by the AGROINNOVA project, agroforestry system adapted for the Central American dry corridor, Panama. Socioeconomics research assistant at the Institute of Agricultural Innovation (IDIAP), she has participated in studies of agri-food chains in banana, sheep and goats, and in characterization of the production systems of pigeon peas, onions, beans and rice. She is currently a Research Assistant for the Sheep and Goat Value Chains project in Panama and participates at the national level in the digital platform project of the technical communication management program.
