Biography

Agricultural Researcher at the Institute of Agricultural Innovation of Panama (IDIAP). Academic training: Agricultural Engineer with a focus on Sustainable Agricultural Production from the University of Panama (2000). Master in Agricultural Sciences with specialization in Plant Protection from the University of Panama (2005). Doctor in Agricultural Resources and Technologies, from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain. Areas of performance: Agricultural researcher with professional experience as an agricultural researcher in the diagnosis, epidemiology and control of diseases caused by fungi of fruit crops and in the biological control of pest insects. Professor at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of the Regional University Center of Las Tablas (CRULS), of the University of Panama.
