Agricultural Engineer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and PhD in Agronomy from the National University of the South. He is currently working as a researcher at the Soil Institute of INTA Castelar and as a professor of Soil Science and Soil and Water Management and Conservation at the National University of San Antonio de Areco (UNSADA). His specialization is the study of nutrient cycling and soil carbon dynamics with a focus on management techniques that allow carbon sequestration. He is a reference and responsible in Argentina for national and international projects focused on climate change adaptation and mitigation. He has more than 30 publications on the subject.
