Colombian Leader, Adriana Tofiño Senior PhD Researcher Motilonia Research Center, AGROSAVIA.
Agricultural Engineer and Master in Neotropical Phytogenetic Resources from the National University of Palmira, with a PhD in Agricultural Sciences, emphasis on plant physiology from the National University of Colombia Bogota. AGROSAVIA Senior PhD Researcher who has worked in the vegetable and root and tuber innovation networks with research in sustainable production and plant breeding. She has participated in the registration of six cassava varieties for Colombia and two biofortified bean varieties for the dry Caribbean. She has also focused on bioprospecting research on warm-weather aromatic plants.
