Biography

Graduated from the National Institute of Agriculture INA, as an Agricultural Bachelor, he entered the Institute of Agricultural Innovation of
Panama in 1982, as a research assistant at the Caisan sub-center and later at the Rio Sereno Experimental Station. Generating Technology in the fields of Beans and Corn for farmers, I contribute to the release of bean varieties: Barrels; Renaissance; Spring;
chirican red; Idiap R2;Idiap C1;Idiap R3;Idiap Nua 24;Idiap Nua 45;Idiap Nua 11,Idiap Nua 336; Idiap Blanquito; Idiap-P0911; Idiap-P1338
and recently Idiap-PCS-2-2; Idiap-PCS-3-16. In the maize category, the Caisan cross and Caisan low plant varieties. We have also achieved the production of basic and registered category seed of the released varieties to meet the demands of the country's
producers. Likewise, we develop technologies in the agronomic management of said items.
