He is an Agricultural Engineer, graduated from the Universidad Nacional Agraria (UNA) of Managua, Nicaragua. He has a Master's Degree in Formulation, Evaluation and Project Management (UNA), a Diploma in Seed Production and Community Banks (UNA). He currently holds the position of Regional Research Coordinator and Head of the Technological Development Center of Campos Azules, INTA Region IV. He has experience in seed production and has coordinated the Project for cassava, bamboo and delivery of fruit plants. He is a teacher at the Universidad Martín Lutero University, Masaya Headquarters, teaching the subject Project Formulation, and advising thesis for graduation.
