He is a Zootechnical Engineer, graduated from the K. I Skryabin Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology in Moscow, Russian Federal Republic, with a Master's Degree in Zootechnical Sciences from the same academy. He has a Master's Degree in Agroecology and Sustainable Development from the Universidad Nacional Agraria (UNA) of Nicaragua, a Higher Diploma in Integrated Pest and Crop Management with Agroecological Approach and Adaptation to Climate Change with the Integrated Pest Management Program for Central America (PROMIPAC), a Professionalization Course at the postgraduate level in Statistical Analysis Systems with SPSS, and another on the Farm Research System, Research Planning and Identification and Formulation of Competitive Research and Development Projects, through the Logical Framework Approach, taught by INTA-PASA-DANIDA-IICA-UNAN. He has worked as Extension Agent, Head of Extension Office, Regional Supervisor of the Co-financed Private Technical Assistance Program, Regional Coordinator of the Integrated Crop Management Program. He currently works as Coordinator of the Regional Directorate of Agricultural Technological Research and Innovation in the North Central Region of Nicaragua at INTA.
