Biologist and anthropologist from Franklin & Marshall College, with a master's degree in Natural Resources from The University for Peace and another in International Affairs and Sustainable Development from American University, and more than 12 years of experience working on four continents. Kelly is Manager of The Climate Change and Natural Resources Program at IICA. She is in charge of promoting more efficient, sustainable and low-carbon agriculture, and identifying and promoting innovations that can bring benefits to producers in the region. She supports the development of capacities to integrate climate change into sectoral planning and action, and to foster a more active and informed participation of the agricultural sector in national and international processes related to climate change. Kelly has been working to support the validation of SRI in several countries over the past six years.
