Biography

Agricultural Engineer from the “Ezequiel Zamora” National Experimental University of the Western Plains, graduated in 1990. He has worked as a researcher of Rice Soil Fertility in Aproscello until 1994. He has served as Trainer of the National Rice Course since 1992 Rice farmer since 1995, in Fincas La Costeña and María Carolina. Director of the Association of Rural Producers of the State of Portuguesa (ASOPORTUGUESA) since 1993. He has served as Director of the National Rice Foundation since 2008 and has been appointed as Second Vice President of the National Confederation of Associations of Agricultural Producers of Venezuela FEDEAGRO since the year 2017.
