A Biotechnology graduate from the Faculty of Biochemistry, Chemistry, and Pharmacy at the National University of Tucumán. She holds a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the National University of Tucumán. Currently, she is a fellow/researcher at the Famaillá Agricultural Experimental Station of INTA, Tucumán, Argentina, in the Fruit and Vegetable Division. Her research focuses on the areas of Phytopathology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Sustainability, and Integrated Citrus Management.
She actively participates in organizing numerous scientific events and workshops. She is the author of publications presented at scientific conferences and provides training and dissemination on citrus diseases. She is involved in research project lines from INTA's 2019 project portfolio, including "Phytosanitary Management for Lemon Cultivation" and "Characterization and Epidemiology of Quarantine Diseases in Citrus."
She is also a participant in the Fontagro project ATN/RF - 17232 - RG "Sustainable Control of the HLB Vector in Family Agriculture in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia," where Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies with an emphasis on sustainable control of Diaphorina citri are implemented.
